• Proactive, energetic, results-oriented and possess good business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development and implementation of bank strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve the bank's strategic objectives.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize risks.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the bank adheres to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Represent the bank in meetings, conferences, and industry events.
