Job summary

Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager, seeks an accomplished regulatory reporting professional for its Singapore office. You will own preparation, oversight, and strategic development of regulatory reports, acting as the main point of contact for complex topics and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6–10 years of financial services experience, with regulatory reporting in private markets preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex data and influence decisions with insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production and sign-off of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as subject matter expert on key regulatory topics and monitor developments.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders, service providers and auditors.
• Lead cross-unit projects like new report onboarding, outsourcing, and data integrity improvements.
• Coach and mentor team members and outsourcing partners.
