Job summary

PARTNERS GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Lead Regulatory Reporting Professional to own the preparation, oversight, and strategic development of regulatory reports for the firm and its clients.

You will be the primary subject matter expert for regulatory topics, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, service providers, and auditors to ensure rigorous, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of financial services experience with regulatory reporting.
• Experience with PRIIPs, MiFID II, Solvency II preferred.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of regulatory reports: production, sign-off, timeliness and compliance.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned regulatory topics and monitor developments.
• Drive stakeholder dialogue with clients, service providers and auditors to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Lead cross-business unit projects: onboarding, outsourcing, data quality and process improvements.
• Coach and mentor team members and outsourcing partners to sustain performance.
