Job summary

RHB Group in Singapore seeks a Regulatory Reporting Specialist responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory and management reports while ensuring compliance with MAS guidelines and internal policies.

You will collaborate with business and support teams on data quality, regulatory change projects, and automation to boost accuracy and efficiency, with exposure to MAS 610, MAS 649, CRS, FATCA, and OTC Derivatives reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, operations, audit, compliance, or banking operations.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting requirements (MAS 610, MAS 649, SDIC, CRS, FATCA, OTC Derivatives) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with report automation, data management, and process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations department in preparing and submitting external and internal reports, including data analysis, data preparation, cleansing, testing, verification, implementation, monitoring, and tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of regulatory reports to MAS (MAS 610, MAS 649, SDIC Reporting, CRS, FATCA, OTC Derivatives).
• Investigate, remediate, and review data quality issues impacting regulatory reporting.
• Participate in report automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and Group guidelines; ensure compliant reporting processes.
• Review and manage regulatory reporting change projects and enhancements.
• Establish controls and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on regulatory reporting matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and backup of reports.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and projects.
