Job summary

DHL Express Singapore is seeking a Senior Regional Customer Manager to lead Life Sciences and Healthcare sector solutions, focusing on service quality, capability development, and profitable design across the region.

You will drive acquisition and retention of LSHC business opportunities, collaborate with global and regional teams, and act as SME for LSHC solution design across all sales channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Express network.
• Minimum 5 years of consultative selling experience with senior customer stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Medical Express (WMX) core capabilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry-specific strategies to drive growth opportunities and implement solutions across countries.
• Win new strategic customers for DHL Express AP and support Sector Lead and cross-BUs in initiatives.
• Negotiate with customer decision-making units and operational stakeholders.
• Drive value-added capability development for the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure a consistent commercial and operational approach to target opportunities and increase DHL market share.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust solution designs and successful implementations.
