Job summary

DHL Express Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Operations Program Manager in Life Sciences and Healthcare to lead operational projects, delivering standardized, sustainable solutions to meet KPI targets and exceed customer expectations. This role focuses on continuous process innovation, improvement and enhancements across new business acquisition, solutions implementations, and post‑sales support.

You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales support, operations or customer service
• Lean Six Sigma or project management qualifications preferred
• Experience with performance measurement systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver information or solutions based on business requirements and cost models to customer specifications
• Lead monthly and annual portfolio performance review meetings with Group Manager
• Support meetings with customers to review KPIs and performance metrics
• Drive service improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to meet targets
• Collaborate with CS, Network Operations, Commercial, HUB, IS, Finance and Marketing to resolve issues
