Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, finance business partnering, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models and forecasts.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders and simplify data insights.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth multinational tech/e-commerce or logistics.

Responsabilités

• Develop, refine and maintain financial models and forecasting templates for strategic planning and cash management.
• Monitor monthly performance by analyzing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and key metrics.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for regional functions to drive targets and optimize KPIs.
• Lead cost-saving and value-creation initiatives while streamlining reporting frameworks.
