• 7+ years of FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategy consulting experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth MNCs in tech/e-commerce/logistics.
• Advanced Excel modeling and large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning, Forecasting & Modeling: Develop, refine, and maintain robust financial models and forecasting templates across the region.
• Performance Analysis & KPI Management: Monitor monthly financial performance and explain variances with actionable insights.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as trusted advisor to regional leadership and translate financial data into recommendations for non-finance managers.
• Support Regional Functions: Be primary contact for regional functions to establish scalable processes and influence targets.
• Optimization & Value Creation: Lead cost-saving and revenue-improving initiatives and streamline reporting frameworks across the region.
