Job summary

ACHIEVE Career Consultant Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants who want a long-term career in recruitment. You will develop market expertise, build a strong professional network, and advise clients and candidates throughout the process.

Responsibilities include sourcing and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in service-based sales, B2B, professional services, banking, hospitality, or customer relationships is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercially driven with a target-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage priorities independently.
• No prior recruitment experience required; training and mentorship provided.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and key decision-makers to provide consultative recruitment solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.

Requirements:
