Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Singapore is seeking a qualified recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for Campus and Experienced Professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers, develop strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines to meet the office’s hiring needs.

The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset to support Singapore and Southeast Asia priorities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years recruiting experience across Campus and Experienced Professional recruiting; professional services experience preferred.
• Strong end-to-end recruiting and direct sourcing experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Proactive, self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support broader Singapore and Southeast Asia recruiting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting across Campus and Experienced Professional recruiting.
• Source, screen, assessment, interview management, offer development and candidate cultivation.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and execute recruiting strategies across priority schools and EP/Campus programs.
• Monitor pipeline health and continuously improve our recruiting approach for Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Your Impact

You will play a core role in supporting the office’s talent attraction priorities across both Campus and Experienced Professional (EP) recruiting.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines. For EP recruiting, this includes sourcing, screening, assessment, interview management, offer development and candidate cultivation. For Campus recruiting, you will help develop and execute recruiting strategies across priority schools, including events, candidate engagement, screening and cultivation.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to candidates and internal stakeholders, using recruiting data and market insights to monitor pipeline health and continuously improve our recruiting approach. You will also contribute to broader Singapore and Southeast Asia recruiting priorities and initiatives as needed.

Your work will help McKinsey attract distinctive talent and ensure a strong pipeline to meet the Singapore office’s hiring needs.
