Global Talent Acquisition Partner – Singapore (APAC)
Sapiens is on the lookout for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Singapore and play a key role in attracting IT and technology talent across the APAC region.

Working Model: This role is based in our Singapore office, with a flexible/hybrid arrangement that balances in-office collaboration with remote work. This position sits within the Sapiens Corporate division.
Tasks Include

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technology roles, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide strategic hiring support across the APAC region.
• Candidate Engagement: Manage ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent across APAC markets.
• Job Promotion & Employer Branding: Post and promote open positions across multiple media channels, and contribute to employer branding and talent ambassador initiatives across the APAC region.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on APAC talent market trends (e.g., Singapore, India, Australia, Philippines) and continuously refine recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber professionals.
• Process Improvement and AI usage: Optimize recruitment processes and ensure best practices are followed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with AI.
• Global Projects: Participate in global projects, such as policy initiatives, DE&I activities, and other cross-regional collaboration.
  

What to Have for This Position Your Experience & Knowledge:

• 5 + years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within the IT sector, including experience recruiting across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Singapore, India, Australia, Philippines).
• Experience implementing or working with modern recruitment technologies, including platforms that leverage AI-driven tools.
• Strong direct sourcing skills, including expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels.
• Proven experience working with hiring managers to drive successful hiring strategies.
• Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement best practices.
• Working knowledge of, or strong interest in, APAC labor market regulations and hiring practices.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) to collaborate across multiple teams and regions; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) is a plus.
  

Desirable experience:

• Experience working for a Born-in-the-Cloud or Cloud-Native technology company, ideally within SaaS, insurance platforms, digital transformation, or cloud-based ecosystems.
• Experience working with AI tools for the recruiting process.
• Experience recruiting for Sales or Go-to-Market roles.
