Job summary

IQ-EQ Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage a portfolio of client reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and NAVs in line with client SLAs.

You will act as the subject matter expert for designated clients, oversee workflow with Back Office, and ensure compliance, risk controls and quality service across all reporting activities. Experience in private equity or financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 4-5 years of accounting or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of private equity and related structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage client reporting for a portfolio of clients with timely, accurate delivery.
• Act as SME for designated clients on LPAs, SLAs, and fee agreements.
• Monitor controls and ensure compliance with procedures and checklists.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including auditors, banks and custodians.
• Develop KPIs and oversee quarterly reporting; manage workload and resources to meet deadlines.
