Vistra is seeking an Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting (Real Estate) in Singapore. You will be the primary client service contact for assigned portfolios, leading discussions on operational issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth fund operations.

You will review financial statements and capital activity, draft IFRS/US GAAP disclosures, and manage reporting for investors. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate funds, INREV reporting, and proficiency in Yardi and

Formación

• Degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years accounting/auditing experience, real estate funds.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP.
• INREV reporting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary client service contact for assigned portfolio.
• Lead discussions with clients on operational matters.
• Review financial statements, management accounts and accounting packages.
• Draft disclosure wordings for IFRS/US GAAP and INREV reporting.
• Review Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values.
• Understand fund documents and explain terms to team members.
• Review capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare waterfall and equalization workings.
• Coordinate with Fund investors on reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Cash Management, Investor Services and Corporate Secretarial teams.
• Provide training to staff on accounting and real estate topics.
• Undertake administration and special projects as assigned.
