Job summary

Citco Fund Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Fund Administration professional to manage accounting for a portfolio of Real Estate funds. You will maintain books, compute NAVs, prepare statements, coordinate capital calls and distributions, and supervise junior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance, IFRS/USGAAP knowledge, 4+ years in financial services, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• IFRS/USGAAP knowledge and experience in reviewing general ledger and financial statements.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in financial services, Real Estate or Fund Administration.
• Strong English communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Supervisory experience with 3+ years managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund NAVs.
• Coordinate and review financial statements and investor allocations for capital calls and distributions.
• Coordinate processing of payments and other transactions.
• Supervise junior staff and sign off on work performed.
• Interact with clients and fund participants; support auditors and projects.
