RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to manage financial and accounting operations for designated entities within the organisation.

The role focuses on financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and audit coordination to support regional finance teams. Applicants with strong real estate or property development background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Diploma in Accountancy.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit (ideally in real estate/property).
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, GST, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Experience with Yardi, IFCA or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, GL, fixed assets, Capex, and monthly closings.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Prepare GST returns and coordinate tax computations for statutory filings; liaise with secretariat for filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with HQ and outsourced finance teams on reporting and processes; drive system enhancements.
