Job summary

FAR EAST MANAGEMENT (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a qualified finance professional to support financial reporting and month-end closing across multiple entities. You will handle intercompany accounting, IPT reporting, and audit coordination while partnering with internal stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives, with opportunities for growth within a leading real estate group in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS(I).
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries, including accruals and other closing adjustments.
• Manage intercompany billings and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
• Review balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting reconciliations.
• Support IPT reporting and related disclosures.
• Assist with audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end reporting requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requested by management.
