Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Property/REIT/Real Estate.
• Knowledge of IFRS or SFRS.
• Strong communicator in English.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and reporting for a portfolio of real estate entities.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing, bank reconciliations, AR, GST and related activities.
• Support Finance Manager and team with financial reporting and processes.

A Real Estate Investment Firm in the Retail and Commercial property sector with over S$1 Billion AUM currently seeks a Finance Executive to join their growing team.

As part of a 10-man finance team, the Finance Executive will support the accounting and reporting activities for a portfolio of real estate entities. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the incumbent will support financial month/year end closing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, GST and other finance related activities.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting and equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience within Property/ REIT/ Real Estate
• Knowledge in IFRS or SFRS
• Strong communicator
