Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with hands-on work in React Native.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, UI frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing state using Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
• Experience with modern git workflows and agile development practices.
• Proven React Native upgrade experience; legacy or unsupported upgrades preferred.
• Commitment to clean, testable, robust code with solid testing habits.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production mobile features end-to-end in React Native across Android and iOS.
• Design and implement mobile solutions following scalable architecture patterns.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage app state with Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
• Make architecture decisions around performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
