LTA is seeking a senior/ executive/ engineer for Asset Management (Renewal & Planning) to oversee rapid transit system assets, monitoring condition and lifecycle decisions to optimize renewal timing. The role acts as gate-keeper to maintain high reliability of Singapore MRT/LRT networks and collaborates with Public Transport Operators and internal divisions.

You will lead surveys, develop renewal methodologies to extend asset life, and ensure a sustainable long-term replacement plan with cash

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical / Systems / Rail Engineering.
• Relevant railway infra-structure/ Pway/ services/ system knowledge and renewal planning experience.
• Ability to coordinate site works independently and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, submit and seek approval on funding for asset replacement projects.
• Coordinate asset replacement/renewal projects for timely implementation.
• Develop and manage master asset replacement plan and realistic cash flow.
• Develop, manage and monitor MYC (multiyear cash flow) submissions.
• Support stakeholder engagement and governance development for asset renewals.
