Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Admiralty, Singapore, is seeking a Technical Purchaser / Senior Buyer for R&D and semiconductor equipment.

You will support design and prototype development, review BOMs with engineers, and coordinate purchasing for multiple modules to meet build schedules. The role requires 3–7 years in technical procurement, experience with R&D or first prototype builds, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in engineering, supply chain, procurement or related discipline.
3–7 years purchasing or technical sourcing experience in semiconductor equipment or similar.
Experience supporting R&D, new product introduction or first prototype builds preferred.
Able to read engineering BOMs and drawings and clarify technical requirements with designers.
Familiar with precision machined parts, motors, sensors and pneumatic components.
Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Support design and prototype development from early design stage to identify purchasing requirements and lead times.
Resolve sourcing situations and identify alternatives when parts have long lead times or obsolescence.
Own supplier follow-up and delivery; negotiate terms and issue purchase orders promptly.
Maintain purchasing visibility and control with part numbers, revisions, and delivery risk.
