Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Admiralty, Singapore is seeking a Technical Purchaser / Senior Buyer for R&D and semiconductor equipment. Working hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, 5 days a week.

Salary ranges from SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability. Responsibilities include supporting design and prototyping, reviewing BOMs, coordinating purchases with module owners, and ensuring timely delivery while managing costs and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Support design and prototype development; identify purchasing requirements, sourcing risks and long lead-time components.
• Resolve difficult sourcing situations; proactively source mechanical, electrical, motion control, pneumatic, vacuum components and alternatives.
• Own supplier follow-up and delivery; obtain quotes, clarify specifications, negotiate terms and issue purchase orders promptly.
• Maintain purchasing visibility and control; track part number and revision, supplier, PO status, delivery dates and risks.
