Qualifications

Minimum 3–6 years hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying.
Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS) required.

Responsibilities

Take off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work for all subcontract packages.
Support measurement and pricing on contract VO claims.
Process monthly progress claims and final claims.
Attend contracts administration & documentation for the project.
Perform remeasurement for subcontract payments and final accounts.
