Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage subcontract packages, tender documents and quotations on building projects in Singapore.

The role involves administering contracts, handling variations, EOT submissions, and progress claims, while ensuring timely payment certificates and final accounts. The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong coordination across project teams and a focus on cost

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in building projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate subcontract packages, tender documents, and quotations.
• Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and EOT submissions.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims and variation orders.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and forecast project expenditure.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain contract records, correspondence, and commercial documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company procedures, and project requirements.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports and support management with cost analysis and project financial performance.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or Commercial Manager.

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
