Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Quantity Surveying in precast concrete or construction.
• Knowledge of SOP or payment processes and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-tender to Post-Contract stages, risk and cost control.
• Prepare tender pricing analyses and respond to tender enquiries.
• Prepare contracts, cost estimation, and monitor variation work.
• Organise kick-off meetings and cost reviews with departments.
