Job summary

LIAN DA BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage tendering, cost planning, and contract matters for civil/structural projects. You will prepare and review contracts, bids, claims, and liaise with contractors and suppliers to keep costs on track.

The role requires 3–5 years of QS experience, strong English and Mandarin communication, and collaboration with the project team on costs and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Min 3–5 years of construction Quantity Surveyor experience for civil/structural project.
• Experience in tendering, cost planning and cost estimation.
• Ability to prepare, review and revise contract terms and conditions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for liaison with associates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation.
• Prepare, review and revise contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
• Prepare progress claims, variation claims and final accounts.
• Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and other parties.
• Prepare awards of contracts, bills of quantities and other contract documents.
• Take-off quantity and project cost estimation.
• Update the monthly cost along with the project team.
• All other related QS Job.
