Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tender preparation, analysis and evaluation.
• Prepare tender bids for Management’s approval.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Prepare documentation from shortlisting to award of sub-contracts, including evaluation and recommendation.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to sub-contractors/suppliers/service providers.
• Liaise with client or consultant's Quantity Surveyors.
