Job summary

Sintal Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across tendered and live projects. You will prepare cost analyses, obtain quotations, and oversee variation orders and final accounts with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities cover measurements, cost estimation, procurement support, site liaison, and ensuring timely delivery and payments. This role requires on-site presence and close coordination with production and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison for tender and projects.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities, cost estimation, taking off and submission for tender and projects.
• Prepare variation orders, claim, final accounts, settlements and sub-contractor payments.
• Responsible for material order processing and cost control.
• To attend site meeting and submit progress claims.
• Prepare and arrange daily delivery, liaise with factory/production and prepare delivery order and liaise with site/main con for delivery to meet project schedule.
• Upon completion of each project, to monitor the defect liability period.
• Monitor factory production daily activities/Delivery and workers overtime if necessary.
