CHECC(SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tender preparation, analysis, and award processes on secured projects.

You will handle contract administration, prepare requisite documentation through shortlisting to sub-contractor awards, and manage progress claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers. You will liaise with clients and their QS teams, monitor variation orders, and contribute to final accounts while maintaining document confidentiality.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with PDF measurement is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Based at project site office, East Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in tender preparation, analysis and evaluation.
• Prepares tender bid for Management’s approval.
• Contract administration of secured projects.
• Prepare necessary documentation from shortlisting to award of sub contracts, evaluation and recommendation.
• Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
• Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
• Liaison with client or consultant’s Quantity Surveyors.
• Monitor records and manage all variation orders.
• Provide necessary documentation for final accounts with client / subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
• Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding of controlled documents.
• Negotiate with client’s Quantity Surveyors during final accounts or variations.
