Job summary

CHYE JOO CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. You will manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation, while administering contracts and overseeing variations, interim payments, and final accounts.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, reporting costs, and negotiating with subcontractors. Strong Excel skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success

Qualifications

• Degree required in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience for Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
• Proven track record in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
