Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support tender submissions, cost estimation, and progress claims. The role requires interaction with managers, customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers, with strong English and Mandarin communication. Immediate start preferred, with proficiency in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD.

You will contribute to project cost control, liaise across teams, and manage purchasing and inventory while maintaining smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Immediate start or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project tender submissions including bills of quantities and check drawings.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and finalize accounts.
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Purchasing and inventory management.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
