BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on large-scale LTA MRT and civil infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on procurement, cost control and final accounts within a dynamic, contractor-driven environment. The ideal candidate has a degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying and proven experience with main contractors and LTA projects, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
• Strong QS experience in LTA / Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Handle tendering, procurement and subcontract packages.
• Manage progress claims, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Monitor cost forecasts, contractual matters and project risks.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering major LTA and Civil Infrastructure projects in Singapore and are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The role will manage key commercial and contractual activities across large-scale infrastructure works, from procurement and cost control through to final accounts.
