in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders, analyze tender costings, pricing, and quotations, and manage tender preparation and submission within deadlines. You will obtain quotations and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, coordinate with sales, production and clients on job orders and design specifications, conduct site surveys to assess installation and delivery requirements, and perform quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector preferred.
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience in measurement, tender preparation, costing, pricing and quotations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standard forms of building contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-driven, responsible and a good team player.
