WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, budgets, and tender activities for Singapore-based projects.

You will handle contract administration, variations, progress claims, and final accounts, ensuring cost control and timely reporting. 5+ years of local QS experience and proficient negotiation are essential for delivering value across private building, industrial, and warehouse works.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of QS experience in Singapore's construction industry.
Strong cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity measurement, cost control.
Familiar with Singapore contracts, procurement practices and standards.
Experience in private building/industrial/warehouse projects is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
Monitor project expenditure vs budget and forecast costs.
Review tender drawings and contract requirements; prepare BOQs and pricing strategies.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
Interpret contract terms and manage variations and claims.
Prepare monthly progress claims and certify payments; monitor cash flow.
Prepare final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
