Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control and procurement for projects. You will prepare Bills of Quantities, obtain quotations, review sub-contracts, and oversee progress payments and final accounts, contributing to accurate cost reporting and timely project delivery.

The role involves collaboration with project teams, reviewing EOT claims, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and procurement policies. Prior QS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities
• Obtain quotations and evaluate quotations
• Prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval
• Cost management of projects
• Assist supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims
• Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
• Attend meetings as and when required
• Other duties as assigned
