The role requires a degree in QS or related field and 5–8 years with a main contractor, with strong Excel and contract administration knowledge in Singapore's market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts (SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC).
• Experience in cost control, subcontract management, and claims administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard contract administration practices.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Handle tendering works including preparation of tender documents, calling and evaluation of sub-contractor quotations.
• Source, negotiate, and award sub-contracts in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare payment claims and certifications to clients and consultants.
• Attend project, site, and commercial meetings.
• Manage contractual correspondence and assist in claims and dispute matters where required.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, statutory requirements, and company policies.
