Job summary

PROGRESSIVE BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage tender documentation, cost planning, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction, especially in high-rise projects, and possess strong knowledge of Singapore contract laws.

The role involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers, alongside leading team efforts and handling valuation of progress claims. Candidates with Glodon software expertise will have an advantage. This position offers a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
