Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties.
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders.
• Post contracts administration related to QS duties.
• Carry out other contracts administration tasks.
