Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd invites a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead tender teams for building works, including QS inputs, pricing, and submissions. You will oversee and develop the QS team from junior to senior levels and ensure cost control, variations, and claims are managed effectively on multiple projects.

Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure tender accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of QS experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in tender management and project QS responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.

• Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
