Job summary

TRANSGLOBE INTERIOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage costs across interior fit-out projects, from budgets to final accounts.

You will prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and procurement requirements, negotiate with suppliers, monitor expenditures, and guide junior QS team members, ensuring projects stay on budget and within timeline. Candidates should hold a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying and have 3–5 years of relevant experience in

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3–5 years of QS experience.
• Experience in construction, renovation or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong costing, tendering, procurement and contract administration knowledge.
• Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Overview

Responsible for managing project costs, budgets, tendering, procurement and contract matters to ensure projects are completed within budget and achieve good commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates and cash flow projections.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. (three quote practice)
• Prepare tender documents, BQ and procurement requirements.
