Job summary

RIDER LEVETT BUCKNALL CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to take off BOQ, assess VO work for subcontract packages, and support measurement and pricing on VO claims.

You will process monthly progress and final claims, attend contracts administration and documentation, liaise with consultants, main contractors and suppliers, and maintain documentation in an orderly manner. A minimum of 6 years' hands-on experience in consultancy is preferred and PSPC-recognised QS degree.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience (preferably with consultancy practice).
• PSPC-Recognised Degree for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline.
• Applicant with Professional Qualification with SISV, AIQS, RICS will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Cost & Measurement software.

Responsibilities
