Job summary

DEENN Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years of local construction experience. You will take-off and prepare BOQs, assess VO work, support measurement and pricing for VO claims, and process monthly and final progress claims according to SOPs.

Responsibilities include liaising with consultants/main contractors on VO and progress claims, cost estimation, quotations from suppliers, and maintaining project documentation in an orderly manner.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in local construction industry.
