Job summary

KYK DESIGN & BUILD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control for steel/metal works. You will prepare estimates, BOQs, MTOs, and tender proposals while reviewing contracts and drawings.

Collaborate with project teams, handle subcontracts, variations, and monthly claims; monitor budgets, cash flow, and reporting. The role requires 5+ years in steelwork QS or contract admin, strong negotiation and drawing interpretation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
• Min. 5 years' experience in steelwork QS or contract admin.
• Strong cost estimation, negotiation, and drawing interpretation skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented with good communication abilities.
