Job summary

KYK Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs and tender proposals for steel and metal works, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

You will review contracts, drawings and specifications, manage subcontracts and variations, and handle monthly claims, VOs and final accounts while maintaining timely payments and comprehensive documentation. This role requires strong cost control and clear communication with teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in steelwork QS or contracts admin.
• Strong in cost estimation, negotiation and drawing interpretation.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
