Job summary

3 STAR ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimates across the project lifecycle, from initial calculations to final accounts.

You will prepare BOQ, schedules of rates and tender documents, and submit progress claims to the main contractor. The role requires minimizing costs within standards, tracking variations, and assisting in contract preparation, negotiation and review with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Familiar with aluminium and glazing works will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and prepares cost estimates from initial calculations to final accounts for bidding and pricing the service.
