Job summary

ramo industries pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead tender reviews, cost estimation, and contract administration for construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, prepare tender submissions, and support post-tender activities.

The role requires 10–15 years of senior experience, strong budgeting skills, and excellent time management to meet tight deadlines. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, QS, Construction Management or related field.
• 10–15 years of senior Quantity Surveyor experience in construction.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews tender documents / requests for proposal to understand project details and requirements.
• Assists in quantity take offs, estimation, tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting, variation orders, final accounts.
• Prepare list of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis, negotiations and awarding of sub-contractors; prepare tender submissions when required.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation.
• Prepare and issue contracts to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Review tender documents, drawings and requirements for cost analysis and alignment with project scope.
• Prepare and analyse costings for tender.
• Get involved in post-tender submission activities.
