Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in cost estimation, tendering and contract documentation. You will source quotations, prepare project costing, and coordinate with consultants, main contractors, sub‑contractors, clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and brings 10+ years of consultancy experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software and MS Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
