Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation and tender processes for diverse projects. You will source quotations, prepare costing summaries, and prepare tender and contract documents while liaising with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers to resolve project cost issues.

Fresh graduates to 3 years’ experience are welcomed, with strong knowledge of construction processes and proficiency in Excel,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Fresh to 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying consultancy.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
