Job summary

LINKTRIX Consultants Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, estimating, budgeting, tendering, cost control and reporting across major construction and fit-out projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and international stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a QS degree with 8+ years of Singapore experience, and proven capability on mission-critical projects involving ME P and builders' works cost

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, MEP Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Total QS/Cost Consultancy experience in Singapore: minimum 8 years.
• Experience on mission-critical projects in Singapore: minimum 3 years.
• Experience with a QS/Cost Consultancy firm in Singapore: minimum 2–3 years.
• Experience in at least two of the following: Commercial projects, CRE/Office Fit-Out for MNCs, Advanced Manufacturing, R&D/Lab.
• Experience managing at least one project valued at S$5 million–S$10 million or above.
• Strong experience in ME P and builders' works cost management.
• Familiarity with BIM, CostX, Glodon or other cost management tools.
• Knowledge of Capital Allowances, Capex, LCC and Due Diligence Reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with international stakeholders.
• RICS or SISV qualification will be an advantage.
• Singapore-based candidates or Singapore Citizens preferred.

• Provide cost management solutions covering both MEP and builders' works.
• Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, tender documents, valuations and cost reports.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and international stakeholders to ensure effective project cost management.
• Support project due diligence, Capex planning, Life Cycle Costing (LCC) and Capital Allowances assessments.
• Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on mission-critical projects in Singapore.
