Job summary

VSL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to perform day-to-day cost management and contract administration on projects in Singapore.

You will prepare interim payments, monitor status, and coordinate with clients and main contractors to resolve payments and variations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying, with at least 4 years of experience, and demonstrates independence, meticulous writing, and clear communication in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day quantity surveying activities, including correspondence, notifications, and maintenance of contract records and documentation.

• Autonomous, skilled in quantity surveying, and capable of communicating information effectively.

Requirement :

• Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil and Material Engineering and related academics are acceptable.

• 4 years working experience.

• Responsible, positive work attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, good writing skill will be an added advantage.

• Singaporean only, as the company does not have sufficient quota to hire foreign employees.
