Job summary

DIGO CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle measurement, costing, and contract administration for diverse projects in Singapore.

You will prepare and certify sub-contractor payments, manage progress claims, and coordinate VO quotations and final accounts with clients and stakeholders. The role requires minimum 3 years of Singapore-related experience, with Diploma/Degree in QS or related field, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under minimal

• Singapore-registered qualification in QS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Singapore-related experience.
• Good oral and written communication with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for pre and post contract administration.
• Prepare evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments.
• Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims.
• Prepare costing and submit quotations for Variation Orders (VO) items.
• Liaise with main contractor on payments and VO confirmations.
• Prepare Final Account for completed projects and obtain management approval.
• Follow up with clients on final payments and release of retentions.
• Prepare monthly payment collection forecast and estimation of payments to sub-contractors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project administration, contractual obligations and cost impact.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of Singapore related working experience is compulsory
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering
• With relevant local working experience would be preferred
• Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
